Youtube Debut

A few months ago, I posted about the church worship band playing our Christmas program at the Gem Theatre in Kannapolis. We have been very busy every weekend since August practicing for this performance. I have been so excited about it since I first heard the music in February. We are going to be making a DVD of the performance and there will be lots of "extras" on the disc with special features of us putting this show together. Last Sunday at rehearsal, we practiced The Holly and the Ivy, one of the two instrumental songs in the show. It is a difficult song but a lot of fun to play. They filmed us practicing, which I imagine will end up on the "extras", and they also posted the video to youtube as well. I have never been on youtube before so it was pretty exciting to see. Please check it out. We still have a ways to go, but I was pleased with how it sounded. The show will be on Wednesday, December 10th at 7:00pm.
