Summer

I must admit, Summer is my favorite. Definitely not for the weather, but for the memories. We work so hard during the year that it seems like time just flies by! Then comes summer. Everything slows down, we have the chance to be together all day long, everyday and it is just wonderful. In all past summers since the kids have been with us, I have had this itch to get back to school. I think that it has been because life has been so hectic with them! But this summer has been different. Not that life hasn't been hectic. It is just a different kind of hectic. I have been just hanging on to each precious day and cherishing my moments with my babies. Next summer we will have a boy getting ready to start kindergarten. Then each year after that another one will begin. Time has really flown by and I have cherished every moment with them this summer. I officially began working on Wednesday and next Wednesday is my first day of school. Summer is officially over. I'm officially sad and counting the days until the next summer begins!
