An Easy One

I'm stopping in quickly tonight between dishes, laundry, lunches, and my nighttime routines to share what we had for supper tonight. In our quest to make homemade meals almost every night of the month of March, tonight brought us an easy recipe. This one came from none other than The Pioneer Woman....my HERO. I love that woman. I want to be her friend. Well, actually, I just want to be her. In our little experiment this month to make all of our meals from scratch, I am learning a little bit about myself that I don't think I realized. I LOVE to cook! Tonight's meal was nothing special. It was literally a meal that I threw together in less than 30 minutes in between getting home from school at 4:30 and leaving for the gym at 5:00. It was called Sour Cream Noodle Bake. Super easy! I loved it and so did the kids. Daddy wasn't so crazy about it, but he ate it at least and that's all that really matters. The kids and I will be taking leftovers tomorrow to school with them in their new thermos' and probably eating the leftovers for dinner tomorrow night since it is a work night for mom!
Happy Monday!
