Aaron has been out of town since Thursday at a Youth Ministry conference in California. I don't do well being by myself when he is gone. Since Mom and Dad live so close, I definitely take advantage of their close proximity and stay with them when Aaron is gone. It also helps with pick up and drop off with the kids on school days! We had some errands to run on Saturday so in the morning, Mom and I went to get our hair cuts. Then we stopped to get Lucy's haircut. While we were doing that, Dad was with Eli getting his hair cut! Wow, lots of haircuts! With the race in town, it limits us to what we can do so Dad had a good idea to head to Salisbury to visit Dan Nicholas Park. Eli went with Mom and Dad when he was just little, so we decided it would be fun for Lucy and Lily to go too! What an awesome day. It was gorgeous outside. They have lots of really cool playgrounds for the kids. Then they have a carousel and train that you can pay $1 to ride. They also have an animal rescue park that you can pay $0.50 for kids and $1 to go through. It was so much fun to watch Eli and Lucy run through the park, just enjoying it so much. Lucy had her first carousel ride, but didn't like it much. We walked around and just had such a fun time. I will add most of the pictures to the picasa site but here are just a few.
