Spring is in the Air!

Well, good heavens! All week long has been cold, overcast, and raining. No fun! Especially for Eli who desperately needs to be outside for at least a few minutes a day, it has been a rough week for him. He has visited the naughty chair...a LOT! Hopefully this week will bring better weather and he will have the chance to be outside. Last Saturday, I bought all of my flowers to plant in my containers for the yard. They have been sitting in my driveway all week long because it's been raining. Today, for a few hours there was a break in the overcast skies and the sun actually came out. So I thought I would try to get some of my flowers in the containers. I had a few helpers this year. It made it a litte more difficult but a lot of fun. I didn't get all of them done, but at least my containers for the front of the house. Once the kids head to bed, I will finish the ones for the deck. I thought I would post some pictures of the kids "helping" mommy plant flowers. Once all of my containers are done, I will post all of the pictures.
