Before I forget...

One of the awesome things about blogging is being able to "journal" things that the kids say and do. I sometimes forget to write them down and then can't remember them when I am ready to blog. This past Sunday, we had this happen and I just remembered so I figured I better blog it before I forget it again. On Sunday in church, Eli learned about Jesus healing 10 people. Aaron was talking to him later in the afternoon about what Eli learned about it church. He said, "Jesus healed people." Aaron asked Eli if we should thank Jesus for healing those people and Eli said "Yes." He then walked over to Aaron and put his face in Aaron's chest and said, "Thank you" Then he put his chin down and said, "Thank you." Aaron asked him why he said it into his chest and his own chest, Eli simply replied, "because Jesus is in your heart and he is in mine." Priceless!!
