Watch What We Say!

Kids say the craziest things. It is even crazier when you hear them say something that you also say! Luckily, Aaron and I haven't said too many things that we have heard Eli and Lucy repeat later (aside from the "Oh Crap incident when Aaron fell through the ceiling at Christmas and said Oh Crap! And then Eli continued to repeat it over and over again) One thing we seem to say all the time is "Oh Man!" We have been hearing Eli say this A LOT especially when he gets frustrated with things or they don't go his way. Then tonight, right before bed, we were playing with some toys and Eli and Lucy got a truck stuck inside another toy. Eli said, "Oh Man" and then right after that Lucy said "Oh man". It was so funny. I tried my best to get it on video because I just think it is so cute. With the attention spans of fleas, it didn't last long and they get easily sidetracked into other things and watching themselves on the camera but it is cute. Just ignore the mess in my house. I promise after all of the kids go to bed I do clean up. It is just a lost cause to try to clean while they are still awake. I am slightly embarrased and I am sure my mom will kill me when she sees it, but the video of the kids is better than the mess! Oh, and when I ask them to say goodnight, sleep tight and Eli says "I love you, too", I kinda laugh. I am not laughing at him. He reads a book called, I Like it When... every night before bed and that is how the book ends. I am giggling because he is quoting the book and I LOVE that!
