Corn

One of my favorite things that I did last year with my mom was freeze corn. We froze enough corn last summer to last us ALL year long. So now that corn is coming in this year, I plan to do it all over again! We started this past week by buying 20 dozen corn and freezing it. This time, we added some friends to the mix to help us. It was such a great time. There is nothing better than this corn and I am looking forward to eating it all year long again!
