Warms My Heart

When Eli first began to read it was so exciting...for Mommy!  Eli on the other hand did not seem to think that knowing how to read was such a wonderful thing.  He read.  And he read well.  But he didn't really LOVE to read, or see the importance in reading.  But this year, as he has improved and improved with his reading, I have noticed a change in him.  Maybe pictures will help...

Whenever we are in the car, I've noticed that he is reading.  This morning as we walked down the hall at school, he read the entire way!  Nothing warms my heart more than to see my kids love reading.  Like I've told Eli, now that you know how to read, you can do anything!
